Payments & Pricing
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless specified otherwise
- A 20% deposit is required to begin projects
- Balance payments are due as per project milestones
Project Timeline
We strive to deliver projects by agreed deadlines. However:
- Delays in client feedback may extend timelines
- Rush projects may incur additional fees
- Force majeure events may cause unavoidable delays
Revisions & Approvals
- Includes 3 rounds of revisions per project phase
- Additional revisions extra changes according project
- Approvals must be in writing (email acceptable)
Intellectual Property
- Final deliverables become client property upon full payment
- We retain rights to display work in our portfolio
- Open-source components may have separate licenses
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing
- Deposits are non-refundable for work already completed
- Cancellation after 50% completion requires 50% payment
Limitation of Liability
Our maximum liability is limited to the project fee paid. We are not liable for:
- Third-party services or platforms
- Business losses from website downtime
- Changes in search engine algorithms
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of bihar. Any disputes shall be resolved in hajipur courts.
